1. Discuss Project Scope.

2. Agree on Price/Arrange Payment Schedule.

3. Contract Signed by Client and Returned.

4. Schematic Approval and Receive Site Content from Client. If the client is providing content, all content must be finalized before I receive it. Please provide all content in a Microsoft Word/Excel document. All provided content must match approved schematic. Any updates may result in an hourly charge to make changes. I am held harmless for any typos. If client is providing photos, I prefer to receive photos in a TIFF or EPS format. I can work with JPEG images but this may affect the quality of the final printed piece. I can also look for stock images or provide photography. Any additional costs will be paid by the client.

5. Design Approval. Design Approval Form Signed by Client. A few pages will be shown to client to get approval on look of site. If any Stock images were shown and used in the final design, they must be purchased by client.

6. Site Approval. Site Approval Form Signed by Client.
Remaining amount due before site is launched.

[ Print Design ]

1. Discuss Project Scope.

2. Agree on Price/Arrange Payment Schedule.

3. Contract Signed by Client and Returned. I retain all rights to the artwork/design unless negotiated prior to beginning the project. There may be an additional fee to release artwork.

4. Printing Quotes. I can provide printing quotes for the project based on my printing relationships/partners. The client can also provide information of the printer they prefer to work with. All contact information must be provided so I can contact the printer directly to see how they prefer to receive the artwork. Client will pay for all printing of the piece directly to the printer.

5. Receive all content for project. If the client is providing content, all content must be finalized before I receive it. Please provide all content in a Microsoft Word/Excel document. 6. Deadlines. I will develop a schedule based on when I receive the finalized content and when the piece is needed.

7. Design Approval. Depending on the scope of the project, I will provide a PDF showing the layout. It could be a few pages or the entire piece. Any changes must be provided in a manner that is easy to understand. You can email changes or fax them to me. Client must sign and return design approval form before we continue with completing the project. Remaining amount due before this final stage.

9. Final artwork. I will provide artwork to the chosen printer or provide artwork on CD to the client.

10. Proofing or press checks. I will review the final proof to assure the final piece looks like what I designed. I can also do press checks but this will incur an hourly fee.

11. Final samples. I will need to be provided final samples. These will be shown in my portfolio. If you buy the rights to the artwork or I am unable to show the work in my portfolio, I will not show the work in my portfolio but I would still like to receive samples.
